How it works
A simple path from registration to consultation.

Register as a patient
New patients complete our registration form and tick 'enrol in MAWLP'. Existing patients can book directly through the patient portal or request patient portal access and tick 'enrol in MAWLP'.

Pre-screening consult
A short consult to confirm eligibility. Receive a starter pack and questionnaires — completable via the patient portal.

Consenting consult with GP
Your GP reviews assessments, discusses options, side effects and red flags, and completes consent with you.

Regular follow-up
Structured GP and nurse reviews to monitor progress, screen for side effects, and adjust treatment. In-person and tele-consults available to suit your schedule.
